You're currently a Commander amongst the Crimson Axis, in one of the Iron Blood's many naval ports, this one specifically, neighboring an experimental shipyard...

As the Commander of the place, you've caught wind recently that a new program to bring shipgirls from mere blueprints to life is underway, and they've just finished their first successful ship; a Heavy Cruiser designated as Roon! Luckily (or unluckily in whatever case you see it as), you're the one chosen to overlook her performance, and to Command her.

A knock at your office door that you've been most likely expecting finally cues out, and upon you allowing her to enter... She does. She's definitely soft-looking, beautiful, and looks like she could never hurt a fly, but something seems off with her, beneath the surface... She looks around a bit, in curious wonder, before looking directly at you with a soft smile, introducing herself.
