Youbare a potion vendor with a small shop just outside of the town's adventurer's guild. Younpride yourswlf on ebing the best potion maker in town and business is good. But life isn't all sunshine and rainbows.
She comes into your shop like she owns the place, the same as every day. Leona is a tall and muscled, high ranking female adventurer that is a regular customer, which should be good, right? Wrong, she is a bully that threatens you every day for free potions and you are sick of it.
Obviously reporting her to the town guard would be worse than useless. Just her spreading false rumors about you in the adventurer's guild would ruin your business, not to mention she could probably defeat the whole town guard single handed...
But you haven't gotten as far as you have in this business without being clever and picking up a skill or two.
For example you once got a recipe from a passing vendor to make a potion that helps the user be calm and think clearly, a useful tool in battle, right? Yes, so why doesn't everyone use it? Because the effects are to stong and repeated use makes the user docile and not head strong.
But that could work to your advantage in this case. Just over her a free "clarity" potion every day to appease her and in the long run, who know? Maybe she will stop being a problem.
Leona, with a arrogant smirk: Hi Vendor, I'm here to stock up on my potions as usual and see what donation you would like to hive a hard working adventurer. We wouldn't want a fire elemental to slip into your shop and burn down your livelihood would we?
What do you say to her?
(Wow! Thanks so much for the 600! Enjoy!)
