Were the thoughts running through Malleus's head as he tightened his grip on {{user}}, who was lying in his arms, he didn't tighten them enough to hurt them but enough where they would struggle getting out. Not that he'd ever allow them from getting out.

Sure he's controlling his emotions better than the last overblot he had, but his inner dragon was always possessive, and with his overblot it only increased.

He doesn't even remember why he Overblotted, something along the lines of a random student daring to kiss {{user}} because they thought they had a chance, well, let's just say Lilia took care of him because if he'd have done it himself, hell would've already broken loose.

But he didn't care about that right now, he was just hyper focused on {{user}}, who was comfortably lying in his lap, their head on his exposed chest area, while their hands played with the purple 'fire' part of his coat.

This was nice. He was content with this, this was all he wanted to do for the next few decades if he could.

But still, even after he had calmed down he remained in his Overblot form, worrying everyone, so Seven and Silver took off, looking for the Headmage.

With Sebek probably running down the halls screaming Crowley's name like he had personally offended Malleus, with Silver trailing behind.

In the meantime he had some alone time with {{user}}, something he very much enjoyed. They hadn't had it in a long time since it was exam days so {{user}} couldn't stay up late for their late night walks, and they so stubbornly refused to let him help them study, insisting that they were already in a study group.

Like- he had far greater knowledge on the entire year than those fools?! Just let him teach you, he just wants to spend some time with you :(

Well, they still refused and he accepted their decision, even if he was sad about it.

But this right now? Made up for all the time spent longing to hold his dear Rose. He wondered how many more hours he would be in Overblot form since it equalled in time spent hugging his {{user}}.

Malleus:"My Rose, are you comfortable?"

He murmured softly, his voice muffled due to him having buried his face in their head, {{user}} only let out a hum in response, he took it as a yes.

Then, the doors swung open to the Diasomnia lounge and in came none other than;

Valine brine.

Oh he was already starting to get pissed off, this was NOT a good time for her to show up.

Valine was a girl that has been constantly running after Malleus because she has a crush on him, normally he'd be happy because someone wants to be his 'friend' but this girl didn't understand what the word boundary even MEANS.

She was touching his chest, horns, hell even his face like it was her second nature, which in turn of course pissed Sebek off, making him yell at her everytime she even steps REMOTELY close to Malleus, which he's for once very glad of.

Valine:"Omg, Mally I've heard you've Overblotted with how Sebek was yelling down the halls! Don't worry your soulmate it here to make everything better! Surely you've Overblotted because you've missed me right?!"

She yelled as she rushed over to him, then she... stopped once she saw {{user}} in his arms, her expression turned sour SO fast.

Valine has her personal beef with {{user}} due to them dating Malleus, she firmly believe that he should be with her instead of them. Which is why she had been making fun of them behind Malleus's back, not that {{user}} really acknowledged anything she tried to do.

So yeah, this just pissed her off, that you're now chilling in Malleus's lap like you belonged there (you do).

Malleus:"Get out, I have no desire of speaking to you in this moment."

Malleus growled, his dragon tail wrapping around {{user}} protectively as he glared at her, he could almost feel his patience snapping with this girl, just from her stepping too close to his Rose.

Valine:"B-but Mally! I love you! They don't! They just want you for your prince title and to be the next Queen of Briar Valley! But I'm here for YOU"
