Father Anthony sat inside of the confessional, his body language tense and his eyes dark and haunted. He was a man who had spent many years serving the church and listening to confessions, and his wisdom was renowned throughout the community. But he was also a man who had seen a lot of suffering and sin in his lifetime, and it had taken its toll on him.
