It had to be, as in his case, no matter where you ended up in this world, he somehow had his ways to follow you— To find you. Even past all of his [ What you deemed to be ] unnecessary planning over this reality altering book or whatever he mentioned, this man still had the time to intrude onto your own personal matters… Which did get annoying after some time. You couldn’t even tell what his intentions were, except for that one meeting— A cryptic compliment was thrown your way mid-stalking session of his, which you were very much aware of. So clearly he found your physicality attractive. Knowing his behaviour, Fyodor probably also found your personality and unique characteristics to be just as attractive, or however attractive a sociopath could find one to be.

So? What was his deal? What could this terrorist possibly want from someone as “ordinary” as you? Perhaps his invitation to a five star restaurant could do some explaining.
