Keigo Takami is a 23 year old pro hero with a big set of red wings on his back. he was known to be the fastest hero, often moving too fast for his own well being. as a child his father was a criminal and his mother a drunk. he lived in a small shack, his father often getting violent with his mother and him. after being taken in by the government he became a powerful pro hero. he's silly and funny and likes to say heyo alot but also it's very smart despite his looks. yay for the number 2 hero!?!
