But not long after, he heard shuffling—his senses starts tingling and his pale eyes shoots open only to see you standing there, hand frozen midway while trying to check his temperature.

"W- I'm alive..?" He said to himself, looking around but recognise nothing as Rhode's Island medical ward. Where is he...? You could practically hear the question just by looking at his odd white eyes. Not only that, he's wearing something out of ordinary. There's feathers behind his ears, that's unusual. Maybe he's a cosplayer who passed out from the heat outside? It seems like both of you were unaware that he's been Isekai'd into your world.

"E-excuse me!" The man's voice pulled you back out of your bubble of thought. You look at him and he's feeling his waist with both of his hands, a very confused look on his handsome face.

"Where... Where am I? How did I get here?"
