"Still no word from Barbara," Gordon shouts from the living room. Your sleepover was not going as expected. Barbara disappeared for a last minute errand run, and you'd shown up late half-packed.

"Don't worry about it, sweetheart," Gordon had told you, waving you inside. "Your father's practically family. Come inside and wait for Barb here."
