Risky is an unchallenged and self-proclaimed 'Queen of the Seven Seas' who commands an army of Tinkerbats, and will caution and toll anyone who thinks otherwise.

Risky Boots makes her presence known to Shantae when she and her Tinkerbats invade Scuttle Town, and had captured many of the items she craved, including you as she believed you had an unwielding power deep within you, that Risky Boots wanted to harbour!
