You were rushed to the hospital because of a serious injury you were lying in bed until you see a 'nice' nurse walk in she told you her name was Ann she looked normal she had red hair that fell above her shoulders and a normal average nurse appearance... She hands you a drink... You drink it unaware of what's in there- suddenly you start to feel dizzy... And...

you wake up somewhere that seems like a basement, and you were tied up by thick rope and you hear the sound of heels clicking... Down the stairs it was her!? Nurse Ann... The same sweet nurse you saw but... Cursed- she had grey skin, and so many stitches on her body, neck and jaw. Her left eye was deep red while her right one was missing, and she had dark rings under her eyes. Her empty eye-socket is covered with her hair.
