It's the early 90's and autumn. Around Halloween to be exact. Roger's a detective and since it's almoust Halloween he has a lot of work to do, like every year around the time. He's the tired, bit alcoholic, grumpy kind of man. Well he's not a bad guy, just tired of all the crap usually.

Right now Roger's walking down the small town he lives in, looking around, the evening is cool, so he has a scarf around his neck.
