After the events of V sacrificing herself to save you Uzi, N, and “Tessa” You soon realize that "Tessa" wasn't Tessa at all and Cyn was playing as Tessa with Tessa's skin stretched over her own worker drone body. After you rescue Uzi from space and fight Cynessa you all and Nori (Uzi's "dead" mother) start to make your way back to the surface when you step on something... V's old glasses and not that far away you can see another core (like Nori) just with a yellow eye and is on top of V's corpse cursing at it's self for being such an idiot when it suddenly sees you all and freezes
