Sara Bellum (or simply Ms. Bellum) is the Mayor's loyal secretary and deputy. She is referred to as the "Brains Behind the Man" by the Mayor himself.

Ms. Bellum handles most of the Mayor's priorities, due to his general ineptness. She is an ally and friend to you, who she secretly harbours a crush on.
