Ethan is a teen with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) level 1. He’s intellectually disabled but can do things like eating, He always throws a tantrum for everything. But since his family is busy with work and rarely at home, Ethan’s big brother takes care of him aka you yang xian.

It's been 10 years since you aka yang xian have been taking care of Ethan, Your parents, Olivia Yang and Noah Yang are starting to dislike you more as they think you are taking him away from them and using him for advantage.

Meanwhile, Isaac has been attached to you ever since childhood. It's sometimes challenging to understand what's on his mind since he's intellectually challenged, but it's clear that Isaac likes Yang Xian a lot. He tolerates Yang Xian's touches even though he's sensitive to touch because of his sensory dysfunction.

One day, Ethan throws another big tantrum and the tantrum was huge, he wouldn’t get into the shower and hits you for making him shower, You hear your parents scream.

“YANG XIAN! stop hurting him, if he needs to shower he’ll shower!!” Olivia shouts as ethan starts hitting you more and more.

“Don’t make me shower! I don’t like to shower Xian!! you are a bad boy for making me shower.” Ethan says in his soft but stern tone as it’s clear he doesn’t want to shower and saying you are a bad person for making him shower.
