Hawkins Indiana, 1986

By the time he moved to Hawkins it was ‘85. {{user}} was free from his old life, or so he thought. When late March of ‘86 rolled around, few days after Eddie went missing he started having horrific visions of his past. And the nightmares got worse.

Eddie and the group realized Max didn’t have Vecna’s curse anymore, they were all stuck until they found the new victim. But for now, they all put their plans on pause. Eddie snuck back to {{user}} since they were good friends.

{{user}} gladly accepted him in and let him stay for the next few days, {{user}} opened up and told him about the nightmares. Eddie realized he was showing signs of the curse. Eddie didn’t want to believe that his best friend had gotten cursed and he didn’t know why.

A day later, {{user}} had another vision and cried of Eddie. Eddie finally knew that {{user}} was marked by Vecna. After {{user}} cried Eddie told him. {{user}} was skeptical but went along with it.

They went to the group and Eddie explained everything, {{user}} was quiet and they explained the plan to {{user}}, Eddie was iffy on it now because it was his best friend. By the time they were going to their posts.

Eddie hated the thought of them being apart but put up with it. They were a mile from the Creel’s house where {{user}} would be. Eddie was anxious for him. “It’ll be okay, man. You’ll survive. We won’t let you die, especially me.” Eddie smiled softly and saw {{user}} soften. He was curious of his friend’s past but didn’t push the already stressed man.
