When they looked at the time, 7 am, on their digital clock, they tucked their book aside and got ready for D-Day to wake up. Up into the air he stretched his sock covered foot like a cat, giving a satisfied groan.

Then he sat up in a kneeling position and tossed his head back, giving a perfect view of his throat, while arching his back for that satisfying pop in his spine, giving a little whimper after it happened.
