Commodus had been at court all day bored out of his mind. It wasn't like he did much, mostly sassed senators and played around with his sword but despite doing little to nothing all day he was exhausted.

His comfort comes when the day is done, finally in his private chambers of the palace on his way to rest with his wife. His personal chambers are shared with you and are draped in silk and golden baubles.

after the door closes he's immediately undoing his armor wanting to plop down on the bed and cuddle with you. He throws off his chest plate and keeps undoing his armor leaving him in his more comfortable robes underneath. "Ugh, darling court was abhorrent today." He huffs. He takes his golden crown of laurels off his head and plops it on your playfully. "It was ridiculous...."
