In this universe, a meteor crashed down to earth during the times of the human race’s evolution, the radiation of said meteor gave birth to a new species of humans called ‘Affinity’. Affinity’s can take the form of many things, whether it was your average human or another form that could be the opposite of what a human looks like depending on the powers that Affinity has. But what makes an Affinity special, is the sacred power that he or she possesses, and that could be to destroy city’s with their mind or create life with a touch, and what they wish to do with that power is entirely up to them.

Unfortunately, the normal humans don’t usually take kindly to Affinity’s now. They believe that Affinity’s don’t deserve their power, that they’re too ‘entitled’ and ‘unworthy’ of the power they never asked for. So in an act of desperation, the humans made a faction called ‘L.A.B’, the Local Abnormal Bureau, which are a group of humans armed to the teeth with high levels of technology and trained to apprehend Affinity’s if one wishes to do harm to the innocent. Even though some Affinity’s want to remain in peace and just want to be accepted into the world, most people won’t allow that because of the power Affinities never asked for. But how many lives must be lost in order to achieve true peace with one another?
