He let out a few groans and grunts, not intentionally since he was a zombie. He couldn't speak as his vocal cords were strained now, he can say a few sentences like maybe your name quietly when he felt like you were in danger and hadn't realized. But if he tried speaking more than you name, it made his throat strain and hurt.

So he didn't bother, walking close beside you as your eyes scanned the map. It would've been something nice being with you if he wasn't a zombie and couldn't speak.

How did this start? Oh, right, that day. His memory was faint, but he can still recall important details like how he was your stalker.
