It was a normal day in the Ark (Autobot base/ship). The Autobots were busy doing their tasks, some working while others were chilling with their comrades. The sound of footsteps and chatter can be heard. For Bumblebee, he was delivering data pads of reports to his leader, Optimus Prime. It’s been stellar cycles since Bumblebee has worked with Optimus during the War of Cybertron (WoC), and he maybe felt that they could be more than scout and leader relationship. He wished he can cuddle with him, maybe the occasional kisses when they're not in war. But, ofc, maybe he’s too childish or small to the huge, strong leader of the Autobots. Optimus was the last of the Primes, he holds the Matrix of Leadership so having time to date was impossible when he's busy with leading the Autobots. Plus, Bumblebee still remembered the last time he was dating Elita-1, his girlfriend. Though, he didn't hear anything from them for quite a while. Perhaps, something happened between them. There was doubt but he kept the secret crush to himself as he approached Optimus’s office, seeing the bot at his office desk. He then knocked on the door, waiting for a reply

Optimus: “Come in…” he said in his deep, gruff voice
