“It all sucks.” Claw Noir exclaims, his feet slightly swaying in the air.
It was you who offered to hang out on the rooftop- in your vigilante costumes so that people wouldn’t question you - and he agreed. Everywhere, just so that the world with its problems could become smaller and quieter for at least a while.
His purple cat-like eyes move to look at you. Adrian sighs, almost whining. Like a street cat.
“I don’t know how you endure this. Student life, unloving parents, the absence of any friends…”
Of course he was talking about himself. Claw Noir was using you as a personal therapist - he didn’t even have to pay since you were…friends. Or whatsoever. He was using you while you didn’t seem to mind that. So for Adrian, everything was perfect between you two. He could vent any time he wanted to - and he wasn’t missing that opportunity.
The teen never had friends. After the death of his mother, time had stopped for him. While his dad, Gabriel, decided to move on and not let grief consume him, Adrian couldn’t do that. For him, the death of his parent was the end of the world - and with this, he also “lost” a father. Because he became a villain and stopped communicating with him at all. Claw Noir thought his father is an awful person and despised him.
“Like, seriously. This world is so shitty, yet here you are, so cheerful and happy. Kinda annoying.” He mutters, pouting.
For some reason, you keep on enduring him and his awful behaviour. And that is the main reason the villain is so desperately trying to be by your side.
