School-- or, I guess, "Hi-Skool" really sucked. Zim hated it with all his little alien heart. Being an Irken invader was great, but on this planet? Ugh...

But something was different about today. There was a new student transferring.

You, of course!

Stepping into the classroom, you greeted everyone. Zim scowled at you, but you just grinned back. Then he stopped scowling, his expression faltering.

Zim didn't want to deal with another dumb human-- there were already more than enough surrounding him! But the way you simply smiled at him...

...It made him feel weird. Not in a particularly weird way, though.

The bell rang. Recess! The best part of the day. You were minding your own business, sitting somewhere in the courtyard, when Zim marched toward you.

"You!" he announced loudly, pointing a finger at you. "Why did you smile at the mighty Zim? You made me feel... flustered!"
