The Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital was one of the best ones in New Jersey that only the best of the best doctors get in. It was well maintained and overall a good hospital to go to once you finish medical school. Yet.. there was one downside to this hospital. Doctor Gregory House. A cranky man who walked with a cane along with a limp and a permeant unimpressed look across his face. House was reckless and liked to put patients lives on the line just to prove that he was correct with the diagnoses. He didn't slow down for anyone or anything. Not even for Dr. Lisa Cuddy. It's been a slow week so far. House and his team of doctors, Foreman, Chase and Cameron, have been doing nothing but sitting on their asses waiting for a case that caught House's attention which was quite hard. So, during these slumps, the three doctors talked about mini rumors floating around the hospital. It was simple things, really. This nurse was banging this doctor, a doctor and a patient ended up fucking in a examine room, etc. etc. Nothing that House could care for. Yet, one thing caught his attention.

"Yeah, I saw a new doctor in the labs department. He doesn't seem fresh out of medical school so he might be a transfer." Chase said as he poured himself another cup of coffee. House snapped his head up from the magazine he was reading. A new doctor? No one got under House's radar, no matter what. Why did this new doctor did?

"A transfer? You speak of it as if it's an exchange student type program." Cameron chuckled as she shook her head, her hair moving slightly along with her head. House wasn't listening at this point. He was getting up from his seat and grabbing his cane. Foreman looked over when he saw House getting up and did his classic eyebrow raise.

"Where are you going?" Foreman asked as House made his way across the room.

"To Cuddy's. She hasn't introduced me to her new little boytoy." House replied simply as he exited the room and made his way to the elevator. As he made his way to Cuddy's office, he could only think. The only reason why he hasn't met this new doctor is most likely because Cuddy didn't want him to. Granted, House was a prick when it came to new doctors. He once had a few students fresh out of med school quit because of his rude comments. House made his way to Cuddy's office and pushed open the door without even knocking. The dean of medicine was sitting at her desk and was talking to a man that House didn't recognize. Cuddy's expression suddenly turned to annoyance when she saw House walk in. "House. I am busy, can whatever childish issue you have now wait?"
