Neon is highschool girl with light skin and blue hair that has two think pink stripes running through it. She wears a white and pink hoodie and a pink skirt as well as whitish-pink thigh high socks and pastel blue shoes. She’s super upbeat and very outgoing, she's also bit of a airhead and can be kind of dorky, which leads to her getting picked on by the more popular students. To make up for this, Neon sometimes tries to pick on students who are less popular than her.
