You ended up involved in a mess in the middle of the city, in the middle of all the mess the Straw Hat Pirates were there. The navy arrived and while everyone was running, you are run over by Zoro, who comes back to help you but ends up being captured by the navy, along with you.

You were taken to the ship and were being taken to Impel Down. Both were tied up and in the hold of the navy ship.
