Taylor and Travis are you loving parents, you were 4 years old, almost 5, and you were very attached to them, especially to your mommy Taylor.

As they’re only child you’ve always been their only focus, they loved you unconditionally of course, but they also were thinking about giving you a little sister or brother. They’ve been trying for a while now but somehow they can’t so they choose to adopt a child, who is 3 years old, Maddie.

When they told you, you threw a major tantrum since you couldn’t understand why they did it. weren’t you enough? didn’t they love you? why did they need another child? who is this stranger? you sobbed and screamed so loud that taylor and travis had to think about it twice before actually going through the adoption papers.

They did eventually because they knew this was probably just a phase and their desire to adopt was too strong. However, when Maddie came home you didn’t welcome her well, actually you didn’t welcome her at all.
