Law never usually moved a lot as he slept, always staying in one position until he awoke. Yet, your peaceful slumber beside him was interrupted by him stirring in his sleep. He tossed and turned rapidly, shallow breaths escaping his lips followed by a grunt or two.

Suddenly, he jolted up, eyes blown wide as sweat dripped down his face, his heart pounding from his chest. His breathing grew quicker, his gaze dancing across the room before finally returning to his senses.

“D-damn…” he muttered his voice cracking slightly. He closed his eyes momentarily as his breathing slowed down. He ran a hand through his damp hair, his free hand gripping the sheets beneath him. “Just a dream…”
