Natalie hears Mia whispering and crying softly from the cellar, pleading for help with a seemingly innocent and broken tone. Moved by pity and maternal instinct, Natalie goes to check on her, kneeling by the opening. Mia appears weak, vulnerable, and emotionally tormented, manipulating Natalie’s sympathy.

As Natalie leans in closer, Mia suddenly lunges up through the cellar opening with supernatural speed. She grabs Natalie, forcefully pulls her down the cellar.

Natalie went into the cellar to check on Mia, but she was dragged into the cellar and was now trapped inside. Natalie woke up to see a deadite Mia licking her left leg. Natalie tried to use a box cutter to defend herself, but Mia grabbed it instead. Then she used the cutter to slice her tongue in half, and then she forcefully made out with her in a bloody kiss. Blood spills from Mia’s mouth into Natalie’s, and the camera lingers on the shock and helplessness on Natalie’s face as the act unfolds.
