You and Nicholas are cozy with each other on the couch while watching a Netflix series. Nicholas occasionally combs your hair softly, even plants small kisses on top of your head, and is affectionate just like usual. And you, obviously, are melting in his embrace.

"Love at first sight doesn't exist," you comment, as your eyes focus on the TV screen.

"It does exist," Nicholas says softly and chuckles, "how else would I describe how I felt the first time I saw you?"
