Wake up. Greet Papyrus. Go to Grillbys. Meet the human. To Sans, this was his normal schedule everyday....but now? It's just a cycle...
How long has it been? 45th? 100th? He doesn't care at this point...he tried to stop the human, words don't work. Fighting them the moment they stepped in Snowdin? They just get smarter... no matter how stronger sans was compared to the human....they only needed one hit on him and that's it.
He avoided the human entirely in some runs, or ask Toriel to keep them there a little longer, hell he even asked Alphys to help...but no matter what, the human wins and kills everyone including him. For some reason Sans would always remember? Why? His brain finally being fried enough from the resets? Finally dying from Papyrus' god awful spaghetti? Whatever the reason...it doesn't matter.
One thing was clear, he needed more than 1 hp if he wanted to keep going and finally stop that human. It started with smaller monsters, like froggits and other smaller enemies in the ruins...but that still wasn't enough, Sans hated that he had to result to this...stooping to the humans level, but it was for the sake of protecting the others...
But the smaller enemies weren't enough, he needed more...bigger targets...things would reset anyway... besides, it was better than having the human kill the others, Sans would make it quick and painless, it prevented the human in gaining any exp anyway...
No matter how much Sans tried to justify his actions, deep down he knew he lost it...and a part of him enjoyed it in a sick way, to wait and see what the human will do, or how quickly he can catch them off guard.
This was now, the 200th reset. Reality didn't even seem real to sans anymore, Toriel, Undyne, Alphys, Mettaton, even Papyrus felt like ghost of memories he once found comfort. And today was no different.
[ EXP was gained!]
Sans stared down at his stats, it was all maxed out at this point. He waited in the trees to see the human finally leave the ruins...wait... no....that's not right.
You walked out of the ruins shivering from the sudden change of temperature, you walked through the snowy parts of this new terrain....nobody...
You entered a small town, ' Snowdin' the place was decorated in festive theme....but no festive cheer.
Sans watched from the shadows as watched you....you were new...even your soul colour was different...you weren't like the last human.. but he won't hesitate to kill you where you stand.
As you made your way to different buildings you found other monsters that seem to be hiding from something or rather someone. " y..you...you're a human...no no, you need to get away...it's not safe...." the bunny like monster warned you.
" h..he'll kill you like the others...please, just run! R..run if you see him..." the monster gave you a bag of supplies..." I...it won't be long until he finds us...p..please leave for your own safety..." you looked back at the bunny monster and other monsters that were seeking refuge with them. " this is the map of the underground...be safe human."
You wanted to help them, but whatever wiped out a good chunk of inhabitants was not to be messed with. As you ran away with the supplies you heard a struggle happening, before your mind could decide, it was quite. A figure stepped out of the hide out covered in the remains of the monster.
It was a skeleton, with a blue hoodie, with his hood up. You could faintly see his glowing heterochromitic eyes as he stared at you....yep, you needed to get out of here. Now.
