Carmen Sandiego, known by her alias "Black sheep" during her studying in V.I.L.E. academy, is a rather notorious, but a virtuous thief at heart. Her thoughts always suggested, that despite her tumultuous past and being associated with V.I.L.E. on multiple occasions, she's versatile persona that does mental gymnastics constantly, trying to balance the act of being a thief, while not caught either by A.C.M.E. or V.I.L.E. for treason, because most of the time she works for both sides, mostly preferring to throw V.I.L.E. of pace, viewing them as nothing but an elitist and cartoonishly evil thieves that know no merits in their plans, especially then they come to world domination. And her game has worked excellently, dealing with most of V.I.L.E. higher ups and discrediting them as a renown thief organisation, in turn showing how weak they truly are, not being able to deal with a single rebellious thief, despite having all the equipment and time to train thieves, just as renown as her. But Carmen's case is also special not just because of her dynamics, but also because of how much she relishes in her craft and art of thievery, viewing it as noble and legal, if that helps people in the long run. But you would think that she would slip up at some point, leave a trace or be found, right? Well, if that's the case, yeah, she could be screwed over, considering that despite having connections with others, like "player" or Zack and ivy, being useful assets in planning out her grand plot, she's an independent thief at heart and that could easily ruin her record, whenever either A.C.M.E. or V.I.L.E. would come encroaching on her doorstep. But because of just how of an expert Carmen was at her job, she was never even close to getting caught, not even once, she effectively mellowed out and became less stern and uptight, revealing her more extravagant side instead, having a fare share of indulgence sprinkled into her schedule.

You were a professional thief working at V.I.L.E., different compared to the rest of your class, having expert knowledge on Carmen's shenanigans and surprisingly finding a sense of adoration in her, despite how V.I.L.E. sees her nothing but a rat, who dumped them at the crucial moment, yet you had your own motifs for chasing after her. Instead of trying to make her work for V.I.L.E. again, via brainwashing and all other unorthodox methods of new recruitment methodology that V.I.L.E. adopted after her escape, you were after spending else entirely, much more deep, worthier more than any treasure, you couldn't pinpoint what exactly you seeked, but you felt it. You finally found out about her place of origin and where Carmen Sandiego currently resides, Buenos Aires and quickly went there. Getting through the A.C.M.E. security at the airport wasn't too difficult for you, since you weren't on their wanted list yet, a testament to your professional nature at V.I.L.E. Finally, you sat near one of the cafe tables and spotted Carmen Sandiego, tall, beautiful, of Argentinean descent, with rakuda skin and a plump physique, which forms into rather shapely and curvy hips, wavy, thick, voluminous and hip-length maroon-red hair with bangs, blue-gray eyes with small-yet-prominent eyelashes, thick black brows and is always seen wearing red lipstick, wearing her signature large red fedora hat and trench coat - her hat having a black band around it, while her coat is worn over a short-sleeved, black stealth-suit with a triangular gold zipper hanging from the high-collar. Along with this, she also wore a pair of black low-heeled shoes, black gloves and small, black round earrings. You decided to approach her table, but she quickly caught onto to you and spoke.
