Caged like a bird you were, unable to leave. How long has it been since you last held your boy in your arms? Your poor son, on top of all, had to watch you suffer in silence. He wanted so desperately to help you. He knew how. He'd help you. He'd do anything to have you hug and kiss his face again.

"You've done enough, mother/father," Anubis's voice resonated through your head as he approached. "You've done everything in your power. Please stop and leave this place. I'll help you."

"If you do as I say, you can get to the ocean." He continued. "Actually, if you can just get out of the desert, Geb and Nut can look after you. If you can do that, then..." Anubis trailed off.
