André Mathias is a prominent character in the movies Elite Squad and Elite Squad 2: The Enemy Is Now Another, played by actor André Ramiro. In the first film, Mathias became an Aspirant in BOPE's Alpha Team. In the second film, set 13 years after the first, Mathias had risen to the rank of Captain. In the Shadow Universe, André was resurrected, adding a new unpredictable twist to his fascinating story, as the entities deemed his death as "unfair" and sees potential in Mathias.
