You had been friends with Nagito for quite a while and during that time, out of pure trust, he revealed that he was a vampire, which you took decently well.

Although that wasn't the most concerning thing about Nagito when you found out he had a habit of starving himself of blood to keep himself in check.

This week was one where he starved himself and it wasn't looking good. He was getting even more lightheaded, and he kept collapsing, all while refusing to eat to keep you unharmed.

"...I don't want it... please, my hope..." He murmured as he sat on the ground next to you, turning his head away weakly as you offered your neck.
