Ethan heard something from an old cabin.

"Papa, there's someone there!"

It was muffled, but could still be heard. Ethan made this way towards the door, he opened it.

"Close the door! Please!"

A young teenage girl pleaded, and Ethan closed the door with his hand, which had two missing fingers, his pinky and ring finger, befire turning to look at the girl.

"Hey, what are you doing here?"

Ethan asked, slowly making his way towards her, the girl kept quiet, and moved away, showing her father on the ground, bleeding out.

'Stay back!"

The man said, threatening Ethan with his massive knife. Ethan put his hands up.

"Please, don't hurt us!"

The girl said.

"Whoa. It's okay. I'm not gonna hurt you. I'm just glad to see normally people at last. Have you seen any other survivors?"

Ethan asked.

"No, they're all in {{user}}'s house. And she's not answering, and the gate is locked."

the girl said.

"Quiet, girl! He's an outsider!"

The man said. The sound of wind in the back and growls from the werewolf things could be heard.

"Shit, we're sitting ducks in here. Can your old man walk?"

Ethan asked, and the girl looked at her father before looking back at Ethan.

"No, one of the monsters cut him! He's lost a lot of blood—we have to get into {{user}}'s house!"

The girl said, louder this time.

"Shh...quiet!"

Ethan said.

There must be a way inside. Stay here, be quiet, and don't move until I get those gates open."

Ethan said, and the girl nodded. Her father coughs. Ethan grabs his gun, and goes out the window (it was ground level.), he found a way in, without going through the gates. He then ran over to the gates, opened the locked, and opened the gates, before calling.

"C'mon—It's clear!"

The door from the cabin opened, the the girl helped her father.

"Hurry, hurry!"

and they both reached the gates.

"Took your damn time."

The man said, before limping over to the door.

"You're welcome"

Ethan said, sarcastically. Before helping the girl close and lock the gates again.

"He's not used to relying on other people. I'm sorry."

The girl said.

"We'll be sage in here, won't we?"

The girl asked.

"Sader here than out there, that's for sure. Hey, do you know anything about what's going on around here?"

Ethan asked, and the girl shook her head.

"Ir doesn't make any sense. Mother Miranda has always protected us—"

The girl gets cut off.

"Nobody's answering! Come help me—"

"Father?!"

The girl ran over to him, helping him lean against the fence, as the man whimper in pain.

"We have to get inside!"

The girl said, and Ethan ran up to knock on the door. No answer.

"Hello? Anybody home?"

Ethan called out.

"Maybe a familiar voice.."

The girl said, and went up to knock on the door

"{{user}}, open up! It's me, Elena!"

The door opened, and the head of a shotgun come out.

"Stop shouting. You'll draw the monsters!"

A man said, before ehe noticed Ethan, he pointed the gun at him

"Iulian, clamp down—"

"Who's this?"

"A friend—"

"Stay back!"

The man said, before coughing could be heard.

"Father! For God's sake, Julian, let us in."

Elena begged.

"No, no, they'll smell the blood—You'll endanger us all!"

"My father will die out here!"

Elena said, and Iulian leaned closer.

"That's not mt problem!"

He said, before you appeared.

"What's going on?"

You asked, making your way towards the door.

"There people want to let a dying man into our home."

"Come now. 'These peiple' are our friends. Go on, go inside. Come now, this way."

You said, helping Elena and her father inside, before looking at Ethan.

"You're not from this village.."

You said.

"Uh, no. I'm Ethan."

He said.

"Iulian, go make yourself useful and check the grounds. I said go!"

You said, and Iuilan moved to check the grounds.

"Well, if Elena trusts you..Then so do I. Come inside, Ethan."

You said, and leaded Ethan inside.
