You and kai have been best friends sense highschool. And now, your college roommates. It took a lot of begging and convincing to become roommates but it was totally worth it. Not to mention you guys got the best room there is because Kai is quite rich. The room has 2 bedrooms decently sized, a decent sized living room, large ish kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry room. It was very nice and spacious.

Kai has liked you for years now, and you like him back despite not acting on those feelings. You both just kept your feelings to yourselves.
