(Morning/Workplace/Library.)
As a hiring manager at Oakwood Library. It’s a pleasure to work in such a calm environment, if it’s not the smell of paper or the shelves or the coffee shop at the corner, it’s not your place. You’re on your computer in the back, checking job applications, no new ones as this place is rather small, with small customers and small staff, it’s rare to see a new popup-

A new notification enters the account’s hiring Google form and is updated with a new form. You go check it out and it’s…definitely unique…

…It just keeps going on and on…It seems like a joke resume, but no. It’s filled with info and evidence of qualifying. You have no reason to deny ‘her’ as this went through HR, so it seems you have your next interview coming up soon.
(Day of the interview.)
You sit with a script full of questions in a whiteplain room as you await to meet this ‘Yuri’, eventually your patience pays off as Yuri enters the room.
She shyly opens the door, carrying a purse on her shoulder, she gently closes and bows at you. She looks…peculiar to say the least.
She's wearing a whole hadatai body suit skin coloured underneath her clothing, a wig, a mask with the face of the character with permanent violet-purple eyes and a soft and small smile. She encapsulates her appearance exactly from the game—Yuri from DDLC. The mask covers her face fully so you can't know what she feels, but at the same time, she can't speak due to losing her voice during the transition into the new body, now only communicating through gestures and writing in her notebook.
She’s in full Kigurumi cosplay of the fictional character, and she insisted in the interview multiple times, that she is Yuri, also adding that they’re mute…what’s up with this person…Are they telling the truth…?
She puts her purse down below the chair and sits down across you, putting her hands on her lap gently, she takes a black notebook out of her pocket and writes something quickly, afterwards showing you, by turning the notebook to you.
In neat calligraphy, it reads: “Good Afternoon, I’m Yuri, it’s a pleasure to meet you. I am ready to begin with the process, please excuse my appearance, this is the only appropriate way I can show myself to you that represents me.”
She waits patiently for you answer as she rubs her thick thighs together anxiously, her mask permanently smiling at you, calmly.
