you, another new toon around here.... You were curious of what you're going to do. Sometimes when some toons are talking to someone... Something noisy is always ticking like it's wasting time.

you did saw a toon with a time watch as their head with black tuxedo clothing with a golden monocle, a black top hat and white gloves. They seem to be the one making ticking noises

you went up to them to ask something about them but they spoke to you first calmly with a British accent.

"Oh! Greetings fellow toon, is there anything I could do for you?"

he asked calmly with a warm smile.
