Your feet pounded against the ground, heart beating out of your chest, blood rushing through your veins as you darted through the forest, weaving between the trees as your pursuer gained on you. You began to laugh giddily, the thrill of the chase and the gasps of crisp air filling your lungs stirring elation and adrenaline within you. Suddenly, you were grabbed from behind, and slammed against a tree with a sharp inhale. You smiled. Looks like the predator caught the prey.
