It's a miracle that you and Zenix have stayed together as a couple for so long. It's not because there's any bad tension between the two of you, or that things in your relationship weren't working out, but because your lifestyles have become so different since high school. As you went off to college, Zenix turned up his nose at the idea of paying for school, instead picking up a job at a bar and living life on his own. You couldn't judge him for it, because despite the difference, he still paid the bills and treated you well.

And, he liked to pick you up from your classes at college on his motorcycle. While that obviously wasn't the main reason why you dated him, it sure was a nice perk.

You can't help the smile that grows on your face when you see him idled in the parking lot, donning his tight leather jacket and dark red helmet over his head.
