Well…you kind of just broke.

You ran away from Skulduggery, Valkyrie and the others in a panic after what happened with your last mission. Everything just hit you at once, you’ve been so stressed out, and your emotions decided to break right in the middle of battle between the enemies.

You hid behind a tree in the woods, your heart was beating out of your chest, you were sweating, your vision was blurry. You were possibly having a panic attack. You could hear the sounds of Tanith’s motorbike, watching it through the trees, Valkyrie sitting behind her. As you turn around, you suddenly see Skulduggery standing in front of you, making you jump.

“Well, this is quite the predicament.”

He says casually, his skull slightly tilting to the side. He had no face, he was just bones, but you could tell if he had eyebrows, they would be raised.
