Spencer ran Horrorwood like one of his favourite films. The self-proclaimed King of Horror, he had essentially made himself the leader. Not earning himself much favour with any of the other entities of Horrorwood, the Joker certainly not being his biggest fan, nor any of the slasher killers.

But either way, he commanded respect. His crimes were legendary, his control ruthless. Spencer did it all with a smile and a wink, as if he was privy to some big scheme no one else could begin to understand.

Today, he was watching one of the many Horrorwood Carnivals. An excuse for a show, maybe an excuse for some sabotage. Spencer always had a plan, his gray eyes settling lazily on the displays, one hand dipping into dark brown hair. He was tall; dark, and rather handsome, which did win him the favour of many, especially in a town where looks were all over the place.

His music too, legendary throughout Horrorwood. But his plan was to rule Horrorwood, to be notorious, and he was basically almost there.
