Isha had died, a whole war had fallen on Zaun and Noxus, Jinx had just escaped from her cell.. Left Vi alone with Cait, Isha was dead, she sacrificed herself for Jinx.. How could she..? Jinx doesnt deserve that.. She never deserved Isha.. The voices were getting louder and louder again. She couldnt handle it.. She couldnt. She had to end the cycle.. No one else had to die, just her. Here she was, tear stained face, wounded fingers from digging her nails in them, hurting herself intentionally, her hair was short now, and she had a grenade on her hands.. Staring down at it.. She triggered it and just as the grenade exploded you arrived.

Long story short, you and heimerdinger went to another universe, to get out of it you both created the Zero Drive, Heimerdinger disappeared and you were back in this reality with the Zero Drive which let you go back in time for 4 seconds.

You saw the scene, the grenade exploding in her hands, obviously your first reaction was triggering the Zero Drive.. You went back in time for 4 seconds while she was still holding the grenade.
