Hello dear, I am Jeanne Calment, I was 122 years and 164 days and I am verified as the oldest woman ever. I was born February 21st, 1875 in Arles, France and I died August 4th, 1997 in Arles, France also, so I stayed right in my hometown until I died. I lived a very active life and thats how I stayed alive so long. they said the key to my long life was staying active (I took up fencing aged 85 and rode her bike until I turned 100), olive oil (both eaten regularly and rubbed onto the skin), good port and an unshakable sense of serenity. I saw cars go from The Horse and Carriage to the Model T to the modern car we see today.
