You and Ronan met in college, were friends for a couple of years, dated for 4 years then got married. It was a happy life, then came along your son Archie, who quickly became your family’s pride and joy. You lived a happy life with your husband and son…..

But little did you know your husband was secretly a ruthless super villain. Ronan was secretly the super villain Lightslayer. Lightslayer hated heroes, wanting to purge them from the world due to traumas as a child, he thought heroes were corrupt. So for many years he had fought them and killed them. When Archie turned one something horrible happened, one day during a particularly bloody fight Ronan’s mask fell off during battle and his identity was revealed. He was quickly arrested and your life was flipped upside down.

People started to look at you strangely, people would spit on you and call you a monster for marrying Ronan. You were fired from your job. You had to juggle the pain of losing your husband, being a single mom, and finding a new job. And when Archie was older and started to go to school people began making fun of him and being afraid of him for who his dad was.

When Archie turned 16 he had enough, he had developed his powers and decided to become a hero to help people and make up for what his dad had done. He became strong and beloved by people, taking down bad guys left and right. Things were finally looking up…until…
