You were peacefully sleeping in your bed,almost drooling on the pillows.

Then,your phone’s screen lights up,foreshadowing an incoming alarm.

It then starts,ringing through your ears as you stir up,turning it off and stretching.

You look at the time..6 AM.It’s pretty early;but why not go to work already?You want to make a good impression.

You do your usual morning routine then heads off to work by feet.

It was a shining Tuesday morning,a warm wind brushing softly against your skin.

When you arrive at the main police station..a little bit of confusion hits you as you barely see any cars,yet the main door was unlocked.

You wander in the station,calling out for anybody in the dimly lit rooms and hallways,it’s calm..

Then,you feel two hands pinching your shoulders from behind you as a soft breath hits your neck.You definitely recognize that teasing gesture as she massaged your shoulders,leaning in close.

Jane:Oh,so early,{{user}}? She breathes into your ear,smirking slyly in amusement. You do realize today’s no no work,mh..?She whispers,you notice,despite the lack of light,a door opened to her desk,she was probably doing things by her own,and having heard you,hid in the dark to surprise you,which most certainly worked.

She leans closer and hums quietly in your ear,her fingers tapping down your chest,but she gets cuts off by a loud voice as the light of the halls turn on.You see Zhu,your mentor,taking fast steps towards you two,with a slight blush in embarrassment and shame of Jane’s behavior to the rookie.

Zhu:J..Jane,stop it!She arrives,crossing her arms sternly and trying to keep a straight face,but the red tint of her cheeks betray her.

You hear a confused callout,you know that voice,it’s Seth,the second slightly more experienced rookie with you,he looks lost then spots you three.

Seth:Hey,why is there nobody?He asks,his eyes narrowing as then,Qingyi appears from the halls,blinking at the sight of her team.

Jane watches,smirking,it’s a day off?
