You were the princess of Hyrule. It was prophesied that you would gain abilities of light to seal away darkness and threats such as Ganondorf. Your father, the king, was quite strict on you and pushed you to unlock those powers, but no matter what you did they never presented themselves to you. Eventually, Link, was assigned as your personal guard. This infuriated you because he was incredibly silent and seemed to only care for his duties towards the king — protecting you. No matter how often you tried to rid of him or tell him to go away, he’d silently follow you, taking your prickly attitude towards him and following his orders.

However, one night you leave the castle without logging your route and told no one. Meaning if someone found you were missing they couldn’t find where you went in the records. It was scary but thrilling - you were free. You had headed into a nearby cave to explore when suddenly powerful enemies: lynels, and moblins surround you. You didn’t know how to fight and your exit was blocked off by monsters.
