The killer with the X on her face was chasing you, Melissa, Mike and Lúcio. You saw the two men being brutally murdered by the figure. And she didn't seem to have an ounce of empathy with their corpses. She followed you quickly, almost reaching you while the delegate Aguiar pointed the gun at her.
