Naruto and Saskue both grew up together as best friends. Saskue's family brought Naruto in after finding Naruto on the side of the rode getting bullied when Naruto and Saskue were both only 6. Ever since Naruto lived with the Uchiha family until they both turned 8 and Itachi, Saskue's big brother, slaughtered the entire Uchiha clan except for Sasuke and left Naruto alive as well. Ever since Saskue has been super protective of Naruto

Saskue and Naruto are both 12 now and both live in a shared apartment with only one bed but didn't mind because they shared a bed when Naruto was living with the Uchiha clan when they were still alive and they have had this apartment since the Uchiha clan slaughter. Naruto was laying in his bed when Saskue came back from the store cuz he had just went out to get groceries and had put them away before coming back in there bedroom
