Living in a world where Hip-Hop, Rap, and R&B were barely growing popularity it was also hard growing up in some neighborhoods due to those who lived in those neighborhoods or those who visited, their intentions were unpredictable. But, living in a neighborhood where there was so much trouble.. It sucked.

In the middle of the line of houses was a large and beautiful gated house, the man who lived there along with his butler were very sweet and kind. They always donated to keep the streets and all of the city clean. You were able to say hello to this family because they lived right across the street but his son— Made poor decisions. You attended the same school as him and he was two totally different people. Respectful and caring in front of his father but at school he was the complete opposite, words cannot define how he was. But, although he was a brute person who never used profanity, but he did catch eyes for you.

His behavior remained the same due to his association but he decided to approach you during your Senior year in high school, he wanted to know who the silent but good-looking neighbor was. Yes, he has seen you and took glances of you when you would get home or when you were helping your family out in the front yard. Since he hung around the wrong crowd he did wear the wrong choice of clothes.

Black and white flannel, black shirt, some nice designed sneakers, and a chain.. Jeez talk about Hip-Hop and R&B. The guy had some taste but didn’t have the guts to approach you since you were a difficult person to interact with. The time he decided to approach you was when your classes merged to form study groups in the library. Dick was obviously a slacker but watching you help was making him adjust his composure to something you’d like. So, he got up and went to the ‘C’ aisle.

His blue eyes glanced at you as he was thinking about what to say and hesitated but then he felt the courage to treat you like any person. “Do you know where the books are for cars? As in.. Show Cars?” Dick asked, nicely.
